Challenge # 130, Celebrate Spring!!
I used this cute little Tiddly Inks digi stamp, Cast a Spell. She was very fun to colour. The picture didn't capture all the sparkle and glitter coming from her hands but she is still a cutie. I am entering her in the Tiddly Inks Challenge, Celebrate Spring
